It is not news that we are in a buyer’s market. The active fall market that most agents hoped for never came this year, all thanks to high bond yields which reached an all time high in October of nearly 4.5% (now down 0.5% as of writing this article)

As home buyers were on the sidelines, inventory started to build up and prices started to trend down. But some neighbourhoods faired better than others. Here are the Neighbourhoods that have been the most resilient through the Fall 2023 market downturn.
